Sept 12.....START by putting aside all medication on the basis that they probably have weighgain characteristics..start starving.
Sept 19...  Been peeing 24/7....removed 10 lbs mostly water.
Sept 26...no more cooked breakfasts....another 4 lbs gone..total 14 lbs in 14 days.
Oct   03...LIDL's: crispbread , 38% low fat spread, tomatoes...no more bread, cake,biscuits and crisps...another 4 lbs gone..total 18 in 21 days.
Oct 06/07...trip to Dublin/Metsu exhibition....did a bit of tourist walking..a good deal more than I normally do...minimum calories...water/black coffee + Macdonalds double cheeseburger (400 calories) +Supermacs Fish and chips (leave half the chips and a lot of the batter 666 calories)..Still kept under 1500 calories both days.
Oct 08...midweek weigh-in to check on damage done..None!...another 4 lbs gone ... have reached my target for 10th Oct. 2 days early...
